How much is the deposit?
50% of the total, due within 3 days of approval (or before your start date if sooner). The balance is due on pickup or delivery.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Choose Delivery and your area when booking to see the delivery fee.
Do you set up the tent?
Tent setup can be arranged on request — ask us on WhatsApp.
Can I cancel?
Cancel at least 3 days before your start date for a deposit refund. Later cancellations may lose the deposit.
What if it rains?
Rain doesn't cancel a booking. Tents are built for showers; please contact us early if you need to change dates.
What if something gets damaged?
Damaged or lost items are charged at repair or replacement cost.
What if I return late?
Late returns are charged at the daily rate for each extra day.
